"Airless Spray" is the method of emitting fluids such  as drawing/stamping compounds out of a spray nozzle WITHOUT the assistance of air. Although air is utilized to operate a piston inside the stainless steel pump, because of the design of the pump the air and the oil NEVER mix. The fluid is forced, slug by slug, through a spray line until desired lubrication is achieved. 

Tek_Spray Systems

Most often used in heavy-duty, automotive-type applications where spray nozzles are located a far distance from the system itself.  TeK-Spray systems are ideal for multi-station transfer operations and applications where heavier viscosity fluids are being used TeK-Spray Lubrication Systems are compatible with most any brand of press control/programmable limit switch; or, a mechanical limit switch can be installed prior to shipment which will operate from the ram of any press. Several electrical options are available to enhance the capabilities of the TeK-Spray Lubrication System.  Programmable Timer and Counter modules make Tek-Spray a versatile and easy-to-use system.

Polaras Lube Systems

Can be used in a wide variety of applications. Both standard and low volume pumps are available.POLARAS  systems can be made portable or installed as a dedicated machine. They are  economically priced and simple to use.
